Smart Lock Access to the apartment is through the Staymyway App. Guests must download this app. Before arrival, you will need to register your ID in the Staymyway App, providing photos of your ID and a selfie. You will also need to sign the rental agreement and the traveler's information for each guest. All this information is necessary to complete the Traveler's Entry Form, following the requirements of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior regarding the identification and registration of users of certain tourist establishments and those who rent vehicles with or without a driver. For the prevention and investigation of terrorism, Regional Decree 31/2024 of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Regional Government of Andalusia requires that guests be given a document in the form of a contract with the details related to their reservation. This document is the contract that must be signed by both parties.
