In high season (July 1 to August 30), only weekly reservations or a minimum stay of 5 days will be accepted. During the rest of the year, the minimum reservation is 2 days on weekends or 3 days during weekdays. From your arrival until your departure, I will ensure that your time in the apartment is as pleasant and peaceful as possible. When you arrive, I will be at the entrance to hand you the keys. During your stay, if any issue arises, I will try to resolve it, and upon departure you will return the keys to me. This is a lovely duplex apartment located in the historic center of Conil, on Plaza de Huerta de Enmedio, in a quiet residential area right in the heart of town—only a 5‑minute walk from Los Bateles beach. Supermarkets, shops, and dining areas are nearby. The accommodation is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two floors plus a rooftop terrace: On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and a guest toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a total of three beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a 135 cm double bed, and the other has a trundle bed with two 90 cm beds. The upper floor features a spacious solarium terrace with a large retractable awning and is furnished with a table, four chairs, and four wooden sun loungers. There’s also a corner equipped with a bar counter, sink, and a mini‑fridge. It’s the ideal spot to soak up the sun and relax at any time of day, and the perfect place to enjoy a tranquil atmosphere with a refreshing breeze after a day at the beach. A parking space is available in a nearby private car park (June to September), not included in the rental price.
