It is a new luxury apartment at a competitive price of 135 m2 of housing, 35 m2 of terrace and one parking place available for guests. Modern and functional decoration. Next to the Town Hall. To 5 minutes away from Laurel. Ideal for families who want to know our region and surroundings. Also ideal for groups of athletes, since there is space for sports equipment, with maximum security.
