The apartment has a capacity for seven people, ideal for a getaway with family or friends. It has a modern living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, it has three beautiful bedrooms with four single beds and one double. The bathroom is completely NEW and is very spacious. From the small balcony of the apartment you can enjoy the views of the neighborhood and feel the energy of Logroño. It is a first floor of 80 square meters with elevator and includes a FREE PRIVATE garage space (located 40 meters from the floor). The tourist office is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, next to the Murrieta fountain, there you will find information for countless excursions and activities both in Logroño and in the surrounding towns. This cozy newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Logroño, a 3-minute walk from the Bus or Train station. It is also a 5-minute walk from the historic center, the cathedral and the famous Laurel and San Juan streets, known for their excellent gastronomy and tapas atmosphere. And on the same street you can enjoy several bars with DELICIOUS TAPAS and one of them WINNER of the BEST TORTILLA in LA RIOJA.
