El Descanso is very special. Really great for families. Something for everyone. The rooms are large and comfortable. Games room with snooker, outside table tennis. Swimming pool can be heated as an optional extra during October - April. Please check for price. Although the villa has two levels the master suite is upstairs and the ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. We have a large back door that is level interior/exterior. Bathroom adapted with floor level shower and rail by wc.
I've been letting holiday property in Benalmadena since 1981. I have a great team supporting me and between us we have a lot of experience. Our aim is to make sure you have a wonderful holiday! We are 'hands on' - when needed! We won't get in your way but we are here when you need us. I am not an absent all year owner! We maintain the pool and garden for you during your stay - you don't need to do anything. Except relax of course and enjoy your holiday!
Only about 100 metres from the sandy beach and also Puerto Marina. Lovely small area of very nice villas. Very safe. You can walk to the beach and marina in just 2 minutes. The local area has loads - good places to eat, supermarkets - all within walking distance. In Puerto Marina there is a SeaLife Centre. Local towns to visit: Malaga, Ronda, Mijas - a Huge choice!
