Four Holiday Homes that share solarium and pool, where there is space and furniture to enjoy the area comfortably and with distancing. 5 minutes by car, the Caldera de Taburiente Visitor Center and access to the famous Mirador de La Cumbrecita. Just over 10 min. from the beach of Puerto de Tazacorte, one of the most famous on the West side, so "El Mirador de El Paso" is in the most strategic place on the island. 5 min walk to hypermarket open from 9 to 22hrs and a gas station, as well as downtown El Paso and all its services (pharmacies, medical center, restaurants and bars, shops ...). IMPORTANT READ: - The pool is open all year round but is not heated, so from November to March the water can be cold. - THIS PROPERTY IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF PEOPLE REGISTERED IN THE RESERVATION. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, NOR PARTIES OR MEETINGS OF ANY KIND. BRINGING PEOPLE NOT REGISTERED WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND OF THE RESERVATION. THE POOL IS SHARED, NOT HAVING READ THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY. - Please note that there are some apartments that do not accept children because of their proximity to the pool. - Look carefully at the photos of each apartment before confirming your reservation, as the location, layout and services vary from one to another. - The SUPERIOR apartment with sea and mountain views is NOT suitable for people with mobility problems as it is a 2nd floor with stairs. - The El Paso area is mid-range, there can be days of extreme heat in summer and cold days in winter. Altitude 750-800 meters above sea level. We can't control the weather, but the apartments have fans and portable stoves. (Fireplace in Apt. Superior and AC/heating in Apt. Studio). IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONSULT BEFORE BOOKING.
