The Palacio del Corregidor is a XV century building, which was owned by one of the most important magistrates of the city at that time. Its restoration was completed in 2014, it retains all the original elements such as columns, Arab plasterwork, tiles, floors ... The rooms are arranged around the central courtyard, which is the typical patio, a mixture of Arab culture and Roman culture.
The Palacio del Corregidor is located in the historic center of Cordoba, a few meters from the Plaza de la Corredera, one of the most important squares in Spain, five minutes walk from the Plaza del Potro , and ten minutes is located the Cathedral-Mosque of Cordoba and the Jewish quarter, all declared World Heritage Site by Unesco. Plaza de las Tendillas, current city center is just seven minutes. Nearby attractions: - Plaza de la Corredera. - Plaza del Potro. - Museo de Julio Romero de Torres. - Posada del Potro.
