A centenary house restored with quality materials and with all the comforts of the 21st century. Surrounded by palm trees and with incredible views of the mountains and the sea. From our terrace you can enjoy dreamy sunsets.
We are happy people, extroverts, lovers of nature and animals, so we have a protective association of donkeys "AMBAR ASOCIACION" that helps to revalue these noble animals. We like reading, cinema, art in general, hiking, chatting with friends, watching the sunset from the seashore, meeting new cultures and their people and of course our island, which is full of unique landscapes and corners to discover. Our co-host Fatima will be there to welcome you and help you in everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on this island. It will give you advice on hiking routes and recommend some restaurants in the area.
The house is located in the hamlet of Tazo, municipality of Vallehermoso, where the largest palm grove of all La Gomera with more than 12,000 copies and produces the best palm honey of the island that can be purchased from local producers. There are small walks to take from the house and day trips to different areas of the island. Temperatures from 18 to 37 C (70F-90F), throughout the year. You can enjoy the black sand beach of Alojera 30 minutes by car from the house on a dirt track where you will enjoy a unique landscape that will not leave you indifferent, there is a restaurant and 1 store near the local school. It has a restaurant with typical food in the jets of Epina, 20 minutes from the house by car on a dirt track. In the neighborhood there is no bus service. IMPORTANT: Necessary a 4x4 vehicle or similar for this area and to discover the most charming places of La Gomera. If you come to the island on Ferry, it is better to come in the morning or in the early afternoon so that you do not arrive at night at the accommodation. If you come by plane, at the airport you can find car rental companies such as: CICAR, PLUSCAR
