Villa el Portet (Moraira) is a wonderful villa with an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring a pool area, barbecue grill, and rooftop chill-out zone. It also boasts an incredible location, within walking distance of the beach, the best restaurants, and shops. Pets are welcome (extra fee). Highlights: - splendid views of the sea and the yacht club from the lounge, the pool area and the chillout terrace. - both the exterior structure and the interior decoration exude the mediterranean lifestyle. - the whole villa is situated on one floor. - careful planning of construction and decoration - various terraces and chill-out areas to enjoy meals and gatherings with sea views. - perfect exterior lighting in the pool area and outdoor dining areas to enjoy the villa to the fullest at night. Location: El Portet is situated on the sea front. It is not necessary to use the car as less than 600 metres away there is a wide selection of the best restaurants, shops, beaches and supermarkets in the area as well as access to the marina of Moraira. Also, in the opposite direction, we can walk 5 minutes along a splendid path with panoramic sea views to the beach of the portet.
