It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The main area includes a bright living-dining room with a TV and 600 mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing or remote working. The bathroom has a shower and everything you need for daily comfort. Outside, the large private terrace stands out, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor furniture and a barbecue—ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals in the island’s mild climate. The barbecue area, built with natural materials, blends seamlessly with El Hierro’s volcanic landscape. Set under a tiled roof and surrounded by stone walls, it offers a rustic and cozy atmosphere. It includes a built-in barbecue, tiled countertop, sink, and a solid wood table with benches. The stone path and garden surroundings enhance the sense of calm and connection to nature. Located in a quiet area of El Pinar municipality, between inland greenery and the coast, the house offers easy access to points of interest like Mirador de La Peña, Charco Azul, or the village of Sabinosa. The kitchen is integrated into the dining area and equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, sandwich maker, and washing machine. Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It also includes a portable fan, iron, baby cot, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a large terrace with barbecue. There is a short flight of steps to access the property.

The municipality of El Pinar is located on the southern slope of the island of El Hierro, where almost 80% of its territory is protected, as it has a high landscape, ethnographic and environmental value. It begins with laurel forest and pine groves at an altitude of about 1500m and descends to the sea through paths, hieroglyphics, fields of almond and fig trees, recreational areas, viewpoints, volcanic cones and corded lava that melt with the sea. Its waters are protected under the protection of the Marine Reserve "Punta de La Restinga Mar de Las Calmas". El Pinar also serves to refer to the union of Taibique and Las Casas, which together with La Restinga, make up the municipal population centres. In addition to a destination of mountain and sea, our villages are memory, tradition, custom, celebration, heritage and passion. To these features we have to add some splendid marine resources, considered as one of the best bottoms in the world for the practice of recreational diving, in which is held, among other competitions, the prestigious Open Fotosub Isla de El Hierro.
