This beautiful villa is located in Puerto de Alcudia, very close to the beach. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The exterior of the building offers several areas for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There you will find an outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself as well as several sun loungers where you can sunbathe. There are also two large tables and a mobile barbecue for you to have breakfast or celebrate unforgettable meals with your friends and family. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house will offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to cook your favourite dishes. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, two of them double and one with a trundle bed. All of them have AC and two of them have a balcony. There are two more bathrooms on this floor: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The location of the residence is perfect to enjoy the best sun and beach holidays. The beach of Alcúdia stretches along several kilometres of silky sand where you can not only sunbathe and swim in the warm waters, but also go for a walk, enjoy the different water sports, enjoy a delicious meal at a beach bar on the sand, etc. The area offers all the services for an independent stay. In addition, there are beautiful places nearby worth a visit such as the old town of Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or Can Picafort.
