500m from the beautiful and natural beach of Rubina, house with a mooring for sailboat or motor boat of 8m maximum (paying). The place is located in Empuriabrava. There is a maximum of 6 possible beds. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a storage room in front of the solarium with a single bed. Very fast and free wifi. Smart TV 65 ;, Astra satellite with French and foreign channels. Swimming pool nearby 100m (Rubina resort). Bike path + jogging + horseback ride along the beach. Kite surf.
Hi I am your host and I will explain and follow you during all the process. I am here to help you feel in confidence and like home. Feel free to ask me about anything. Sometimes little details make the difference so once again tell me about your concerns or requests. A jacuzzi spa will be installed in front of the mooring for July 1, 2021. Capacity for 6 people. A concierge service is at your disposal for any special requests (breakfasts, laundry, check-in, check-out, shopping on arrival, etc.). Fast and efficient on-site paid service (they use whatsapp).
