The fine print
The property is located next to a busy road, and although there are double-glazed windows, some noise may be heard. Check-in is from 4 PM, and although there is no time limit, it is necessary to inform guests of their arrival time, especially for arrivals after 9 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM at the latest. Leaving the apartment after this time without written approval from the property owner carries a €50 penalty. Losing keys or leaving them inside the apartment carries a €50 penalty. Leaving the apartment dirty carries a €50 penalty, plus the cost of professional cleaning (such as upholstery or similar). Bringing pets requires a €20 advance payment (sofa covers are provided). Any damage, whether intentional or negligent, that requires cleaning of urine, stains, or odors, as well as repairs or replacements, carries the cost of professional cleaning, as well as a penalty if the apartment cannot be made available for the next guests, equal to the loss of income caused.
