Se trata de un loft con capacidad para dos personas. Totalmente reformado en julio de 2022, cuenta con fibra óptica a 600 Mobs, Smart Tv de 55 pulgadas, gran luminosidad y espacio de trabajo.
Se encuentra ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila y cercana a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad.
Un lugar perfecto para el descanso tras una jornada de turismo e ideal para profesionales que visitan nuestra ciudad buscando una conexión potente y tranquilidad para desarrollar su trabajo.
La plaza del Pilar se encuentra a 30 minutos caminando o a 15 en bus, con parada al lado del apartamento y frecuencia cada 6 minutos.
El Parque Grande está a 15 minutos caminando, el hospital Miguel Servet, el estadio de La Romareda y el Auditorio a 20!
Se trata de un barrio residencial enormemente tranquilo y cercano al centro de la ciudad.
