-Child care services are available upon request and have an extra cost.
-Guests must be holders of the credit card used to pay for the booking . This will be checked on arrival.
-Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Europe Villa Cortes GL will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform.
-Please note, the prices of 31 December include the compulsory New Year´s Eve gala dinner, not refundable.
-If the number of guests present at check-in differs from the number of people on the reservation, an additional fee will apply. In case it is necessary to change the type of room, the guests will have to pay the difference.
-If the reservation is made by a third party who wants to pay the amount, the hotel must be contacted in advance.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms cannot be exceeded.
- All special requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
- Guests from 2 to 11 years old are considered children.
- Drinks are not included in the half board rate.
- At OA BEACH CLUB: hammocks, Balinese beds and umbrellas have an additional charge.
- The restaurants are open according to occupation and season and at the discretion of the management.
- There are days that only one restaurant opens.
- Half board: it is informed on arrival of the customer in which restaurant dinner is given every night.
-Half board rate for December 24th. will include a special Christmas Dinner with a reinforced menu and a Christmas touch. ( Drinks not included and non refundable).

The hotel will be completely closed for renovations from May 4th to 20th, 2026.
