Modern luxury villa with private pool and parking space, just 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of the Costa Blanca and not far from the impressive golf courses.

Neighbourhood information

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area. Near the property you can find all kinds of open services like restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacies, doctors, gyms, all kinds of local shops, public transport, gas stations and more! It is an ideal location as a golf destination as there is a golf course just a few minutes' drive away and another 15 golf courses within 40 kilometers of the property. Apart from enjoying a house with all the comforts, you can walk through the quiet neighborhood, walk to the shops and restaurants near the house. You have no problem parking your car within the plot of the villa or leaving the car parked for free on the street in front of the house. Nearby you will find a restaurant where you can watch a magnificent flamenco show, all year round. It will be an experience you will not forget.
