Exclusive house with private pool within the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. Completely renovated and furnished in 2022. Just 10 minutes by car from the beach, supermarkets and other services. It consists of two double bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, two bathrooms (one en suite), and a large 120 m2 terrace with private summing pool 12 meters long, where you will enjoy incredible views of the mountains, the Cabo de Gata salt flats and the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a pleasure for us to be able to offer you this exclusive property in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, close to all services but at the same time in an isolated environment full of beauty at the nature. We are designers and art lovers, do not hesitate to ask any questions that may arise, we will be happy to assist you. We also speak english
Located in a privileged place at the nature, it is accessed from the road that leads to the coastal town of Cabo de Gata, by a path that enters the Natural Park, it can also be accessed from the Fabriquilla beach bordering the lake of the Roman salt flats. The environment is one of the most protected coastlines in Europe. In the middle of nature but very close to all services and beaches. The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is one of the natural jewels of Almería and all of Spain. The house is located in this natural reserve, in one of the most beautiful and ecologically rich coastal strips of the western Mediterranean. A hidden treasure, just 10 minutes from the sea. The crystal clear waters of Cabo de Gata beach are ideal for underwater photography, diving, snorkeling, sailing, sea kayaking, windsurfing and all kinds of fishing. Mountain biking is popular in the mountains surrounding the property.
