HOUSE RULES: Rule #1: I've already told you that check-in and check-out will be whenever you want, but you have to tell me exactly what that time is going to be when you book. Rule #2: If 1 room is booked (up to 2 people), the experience will have 1 room only, with 1 queen-sized bed. If 2 rooms are booked (more than 2 people), the experience will have 2 rooms with 2 queen-sized beds. Rule #3: Reservations for a number of people higher than the contracted capacity will be automatically canceled.

Status. That's what you'll achieve if you come to Denia and stay here. So? You may ask. Let me explain. Status means that you're going to be able to sip cocktails in the jacuzzi, Jesus Gil style (or like the girls who accompanied him). Status means you can brag to your buddies that you stayed at a top place in Denia and had a VIP experience. Status means you're going to take stunning photos in the house that will turn into a stream of Instagram likes. That's status. Very well. Why did I put a whirlpool in the experience? In order to distinguish myself from the competition, as this is the only experience in downtown Denia that offers a whirlpool... Okay, okay… Not entirely true. I mean, it is true that this is the only place in downtown Denia with a whirlpool, but I'm going to be honest with you… You need to understand that this experience is also my home, where I live when you're not here. And I've always been fascinated by whirlpools. It's always been my dream to have one. And now that I have it, I'd like to share it with you. Because I like you. I don't know you, but I like you. And because I like you, I'm also going to do you another favor. Are you tired of having to wake up early to leave the hotel or apartment you're in because the damn check-out is at noon or even earlier? Well, me too. There's nothing that annoys me more. Let me rest, right? Damn, I'm on vacation, that's what I came for. What a stressful way to end a vacation. Well, not here. I've decided that I won't put you through that. I won't make you go through what I don't like going through. Here you can leave whenever you want. And while we're at it, the same goes for check-in. If you arrive in Denia at 10am in the morning, why on earth do you have to wait until 4pm or who knows when to be able to enter your room, take a good shower, and change your travel clothes to be more comfortable? Well, no. That doesn't work either. Come whenever you want and make the most of that first day in Denia.

More things. The experience is located in the heart of Denia and blah blah blah. Yes. The location is unbeatable in downtown Denia, but let's talk about what matters. What matters is that if you look out onto the balcony, it is as if you were overlooking the Gran Vía in Madrid, or the Ramblas in Barcelona. Lots of hustle and bustle. Lots of families strolling leisurely, lots of people walking their dogs and all that. If you're the type who likes to peek out to see who's passing by on the street (without being seen), this is your experience. Besides, there's always some kind of celebration in Denia, whether it's Fallas, Moros y Cristianos, or the Major Festivals... and they do things throughout the year, so it's not at all strange that during your stay you might enjoy a parade; just like that, for free. By the way, everything I'm telling you is included in the price: the whirlpool, the flexible check-out, the parades... everything. What else can I tell you about the experience? Well, it has an awesome bar. When I renovated the apartment in 2023, I couldn't decide between an open or closed kitchen, and in the end, I opted for this intermediate solution... Well, that’s just some more bullcrap. Let's not kid ourselves. Who hasn't ever dreamed of having a bar in their home? There you go. A bar where, of course, you can enjoy a vermouth before lunch or some drinks at night, but also a good breakfast in the morning, looking at Denia's Castle and enjoying the nice day. Or watching TV; that's up to you. All this without even having to leave the kitchen. Finally, if you want to extend your experience, what you can do is come a couple of days earlier or leave a couple of days later and work remotely from Denia. You have at your disposal an office with its Ethernet cable connection to the fiber Internet (which is super-fast), its desk, its ergonomic chair, and its external monitor (I provide the HDMI cable).
