Our family friendly 2 floor duplex sleeps up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. The apartment is all new as are all the fixtures and fittings. The duplex is on two floors, upstairs are the two bedrooms with built in wardrobes / cupboards and a family bathroom with bath, shower, wc, bidet and sink. Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room and balcony with wonderful views down the valley. There's unlimited wifi and just a five minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. The main bedroom features a king sized bed, window with mountain views and built-in cupboards. The second bedroom has a three person bunk bed, a double bed at the bottom and a single at the top (up to 80kg weight for the top bunk) It is not currently permitted to use the ffireplace.

Within 20 minutes there are 2 ski resorts, Baqueira Beret and Espot, a few kilometres further afield are the resorts of Tavascan and Port Ainé There stunning national park of Aiguestortes is just a 25 minute drive with its magnificent scenery and hiking trails. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the area and Esterri d'Aneu makes a great starting point. There are plenty of water sports available including rafting, kayaking, canyoning, river boarding, paddle surfing - all these within a 20 minute drive. You can also go horse riding, quad riding and find outdoor pursuits like paint balling and archery. Right next to the property (viewable from the balcony) there is a municipal 5 a side football pitch, padel court and children's playground. The centre of the village is just a 5 minute walk away, a charming stroll along by the river. In Esterri you'll find 3 supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants, banks and general stores.
