Boasting a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the holiday apartment Fantastic beachfront is located in Estepona. The 123 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This property offers a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. House Rules: - All shutters to be closed prior to leaving apartment and kitchen window to be secured. - Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartment. -Clothes to be dried on the patio must be placed on the clothes dryer provided and not placed over the balcony. -Please do not sit directly on soft furnishings whilst wearing sun cream, maybe use a towel for protection. -All bins to be emptied prior to check out. -All dishes to be left clean, by either washing or placing in dishwasher and turning on. -Please check all wardrobes and bedside lockers prior to check out.
