Since Mar 2023 we have developed and improved the lay out of the garden. The villa has a private swimming pool, there is an outdoor dining area and sun loungers zone tiled with anti slip handmade terracotta tiles, outdoor furniture for those areas and a hand shower. There is also a large area covered with artificial grass at the front of the pool, next to the access to the garden also covered with hand made terracotta leading to the entrance porch overlooking a frontal concrete patio. For privacy the walls around the garden have been elevated and the exterior of the villa has being painted recently in white.
The property is a two bedroom villa fully furnished with free Wi-Fi, free air-conditioning and free street parking. There is a rooftop solarium and a large basement. In Sierra Golf resort there is a 18 hole golf course and 2 bars on site open all year round. The nearest train station is in the village of Balsicas - only 6 km away - which is also good for shopping, for more bars and restaurants. Mar Menor beaches (15 min ) or to Corvera airport (17min ) by car.
Even though we have 3 bars/restaurants on site It is recommended to come to stay in Sierra Golf with a car .
