Fantastic penthouse of 80m2 on the beachfront of the Faro de Cullera, with spectacular views of a beautiful cove and the lighthouse. There is always a breeze. Marine style. with 2 bedrooms: one double double and one double with bunk bed. Huge living room with american kitchen. A complete bathroom. 5th floor with elevator (top floor). All exterior. Communal parking space included. Quiet area with all services. Concierge. Beach accessories included. Bed linen included. Crib. WIFI included. Paddle surf included. Exceptional beach of fine sand at 60 m with blue flag, ideal for children and for water activities: paddle surfing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking .... There is a sailing school nearby. There are beautiful rocks for diving and lots of fish. There is solarium. Apartment in front row of beach.

Exceptional beach of fine sand at 60 m with blue flag, ideal for children and for water activities: paddle surfing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking .... There is a sailing school nearby. There are beautiful rocks for diving and a great variety of fish.
