Property information

This exceptional historic natural stone finca in the centre of Mallorca for 10 people is located between Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Artà. With around 450 m² over two floors, the house offers a living room, spacious kitchen, dining room, and 5 bedrooms. The interior is elegant and thoughtfully designed. Large windows and patio doors fill the villa with light. The main entrance leads to a hallway; to the left are two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bathroom. One bedroom has a 150 cm double bed and the other two single beds of 90 cm. To the right is another hallway leading to the sitting area, separate kitchen, and stairs to the first floor. On the first floor are three bedrooms, a lounge with a pool table, and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms have two 90 cm single beds each, and the third has a 180 cm double bed with a walk-in wardrobe. A corridor leads to a terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding landscape. The ground floor offers ample space for family gatherings, with access to the garden and the 12x6 metre pool. A covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen are next to the pool, along with a small guest toilet. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and greenery. Behind, at the rear entrance, there is a barbecue area, a pond, and private seating areas surrounded by fruit trees and Mediterranean plants. There is also a table tennis table and a tennis court. At the back of the finca live sheep and hens, allowing you to experience authentic rural life. Please note that a local eco-tax applies to all stays, in accordance with current regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

The finca is located in the immediate vicinity of Sant Llorenz des Cardassar, just 3 minutes by car. The charming village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on Mallorca is a picturesque destination, surrounded by hills and full of authenticity, which is embodied by its inhabitants. A particular highlight of the village is the Via Romantica, a road that runs through Sant Llorenç and reflects the romance and beauty of the place. Every Saturday, the village is transformed into a hive of activity when the weekly market takes place. Here, visitors can discover fresh fruit and vegetables, local handicrafts and many other treasures. This market is not only a place of trade, but also a social meeting point that strengthens the sense of community. Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is also a paradise for cyclists. The surrounding countryside, with its rolling hills and charming paths, is ideal for long bike rides where you can experience the beauty of nature up close. The famous village of Artà is just a short drive away. Artà is known for its impressive old town, which enchants visitors with its narrow streets and historic buildings. Also nearby are the long, inviting beaches of Cala Millor, which are perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The second largest town of Manacor is also just a few minutes' drive from the holiday home. The combination of culture, nature and leisure activities makes Sant Llorenç des Cardassar an ideal base for exploring Mallorca.
