Coto Real is an ideal vacation spot for families and couples. It is slightly in land but a beautiful complex and not so busy in the summer months. A 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to Puerto de La Duquesa which is a pretty cosmopolitan marina that stands between 2 blue flag beaches. The marina itself has numerous bars and restaurants with a wide choice of international cuisine. La Duquesa has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches that run as far as the eye can see. For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within easy driving distance of the complex, Duquesa Golf being the nearest which is just 2 minutes away by car. A 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk into the neighbouring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets , markets and many Spanish tapas bars. Beautiful walking and cycling paths. A car is recommended - places like Casares, Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and Marbella - all can be reached within 30 minutes by car!! Only 1 hour drive to Malaga Airport and 30 minute to Gibraltar Airport.
