Please note that private rooms include free towels and toiletries. Towels can be rented (payable service), please ask at front desk for supplement upon arrival. MINORS: For minors under 18 years of age not accompanied by their parents, an authorization signed by their parents/legal guardians, as well as by the persons accredited by them, will be requested, authorizing the minors to stay with them in the Hostel. If not, an authorization signed by their parents/legal guardians, as well as by persons accredited by them, will be requested, allowing minors to stay with them at the Hostel. POLICIES FOR RESERVATIONS OF MORE THAN 10 PERSONS or 12 DAYS or 2 ROOMS For You Hostel Sevilla reserves the right to apply a different payment and cancellation policy for reservations of more than 10 people or 12 days or 2 rooms.Failure to accept this cancellation and payment policy will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. GROUP (+10 Persons) Payment Policy: A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation + ExtraCharge. GROUP Cancellation Policy: 45 days before arrival no charge will be made, for cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival 100% of the value of the reservation will be charged. WHAT YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE YOUR CHECK- IN: Towels can be rented in dormitory rooms. The credit card of the client will be checked at any time before the arrival of the clients. Early check-ins will have a cost of €9.00. Late check-outs will have a cost of €10.00. The change of bed will cost €12.00. The change of sheets will cost €8.00. DoggyBED/day: €15.00 subject to availability for dogs until 10KG (ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED)
