Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating and air conditioning (to be switched off when not in use), a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area featuring a covered terrace and a balcony with garden furniture where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Guests are urged to respect other residents in the building and avoid excess noise.
