Enjoy your holiday in this newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment close to the coast with lovely promenade and the best beaches of Tenerife south. The apartment is located in a private complex called Ponderosa in Las Américas with 2 swimming pools. The area is very touristic and there are many shops, restaurants and nightlife. The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen, sofa bed for 2 more people and sunny balcony with great views. Fast wifi for free. Parking is possible on the streets nearby.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of Hotel Ponderosa opposite Costa Adeje bus station. Because of this is very well communicated with the airport (direct bus) and the rest of the island. It has a very central location in Costa Adeje and Playa de Las Américas, surrounded with bars, shops and restaurants. All within walking distance: sand beaches, Siam park, shopping malls ...etc
