Beautiful reformed 1 bedroom (double bed) apartment located on the front line of Playa la Fossa beach over looking the Penyon Ilfach. Located on the 5th floor with amazing views and stunning sunrises. All amenities are within a short walking distance. The apartment is equiped for a comfortable stay - a home away from home beach holiday. The local area is a very popular destination for hiking and cycling with an abundance of natural parks, mountain ranges and coastal routes. The apartment has recently been totally reformed and decorated in a stylish yet homely fashion. It has been equiped to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The terrace is a little haven over looking the sandy beach and the mediterranean sea. Unfortunately we do not accept pets and we only cater for two adults, sharing a double bed, and no infants or children.
Hi, I'm Cameron from Canada where everyone is welcome no matter their preferences or religions. I'd like you to experience the same freedom at your home away from home in this beautifully reformed beach front apartment on the sunny Costa Blanca only steps away from the beach.
It's a great neighborhood, there is no loud party people, only the sounds of the waves hitting the beautiful sandy beach. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing and gift shops and some cool bars with happy hours. There is a grocery store(SPAR) directly behind the apartment and just a 2 minute drive to the larger Mercadona grocery store. There are no cars on the beach front so its a lovely walk up and down the beach front and it's safe. You also have the salt flats Flamingo lake directly behind the apartment which is also a really nice nature walk. In General its a very beautiful spot on the Costa Blanca and I have over 220 5-star reviews on Air B&B, people just love the pad!!!
