“A quieter part of the new town but still plenty of eateries, entertainment, shopping facilities etc. Less crowded but a good base to get to everything. Off season at the moment but plenty of on site activities to keep most people occupied happily.”

We are a professional apartment rental and sales company in Benidorm, managing apartments since 1974. Tourism license: EE00021A. Our reception office is located at Avenida de Madrid, 23, so we are always available to assist with any questions or issues our clients may have during office hours. We also offer a 24-hour emergency service for any problems that may arise in our apartments. Bed linen and towel changes will only be made for stays of a minimum of 11 nights. A weekly change or mid-stay change will be provided.
