NEW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR DURING 2024! The house is built on 2 levels with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allowing large families or groups of friends to comfortably settle in. Located halfway between the urban core of Begur and the Playa de Sa Tuna. Being located in a quiet urbanization you can park right in front of the house quietly. Upon entering the property we find the lawned garden, the swimming pool (child safety fence available) and a large barbecue with porch that allows you to enjoy meals outdoors. When accessing the interior are the common areas and 2 bedrooms, one of them en suite. Dining room: 3 sofas, WIFI, Smart TV. DVD. Equipped kitchen: toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob ... Pantry and laundry (washing machine) On the 1st floor there are 4 more bedrooms, one of them is ensuite and the other 3 share a bathroom.
We are a young couple who lives in Begur and enjoys receiving travelers from all over the world at our properties. Our hobbies are traveling, nature and gastronomy and we love being able to share them with our guests. We always try to personally welcome the travelers who visit us so we can explain everything possible about the Costa Brava, the excursions, the restaurants... to get the most out of the experience.
The house is located in the Mas Prats neighborhood, between the historic center of Begur and Sa Tuna beach.
