Gran Casa Velero is a unique home thanks to its space, design, and location. Just a 3-minute walk from the sea, in a natural setting of coves, and a 12-minute drive from the center of Alicante. A very spacious, elegant, and fully equipped home. A house to enjoy the sun, the pool, and its incredible garden with a barbecue. With a spectacular living room, designer kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a large terrace with sea views, a unique home to enjoy in the best company. Parties and excessive guest counts are not allowed. The house is in a very quiet area, so the neighbors should not be disturbed. The pool is private and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Smoking is permitted in the garden, but not inside the house.
La vivienda está rodeada de espectaculares playas de roca y algunas de arena, mucha naturaleza y senderos. Los atardeceres con la bahía de Alicante al fondo son espectaculares, así como el sol que inunda todas las zonas de la vivienda, especialmente la piscina Hay un centro comercial con todos los servicios básicos cruzando la calle, además la Playa de San Juan está a solo 10 minutos en coche, como el centro de la ciudad, capital de la provincia.
