For your comfort, the living-dining room has air conditioning (heat pump). Additionally, enjoy our balcony with two chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors or having a drink (also suitable for smokers). In the utility room, you'll find a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Your private bathroom is equipped with clean towels, toilet paper, and an electric heater, and in the kitchen, you'll have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a toaster. As the host, I usually live in the apartment. To ensure your privacy and peace of mind, my personal area (two bedrooms and my bathroom) will remain closed. The rest of the apartment, including the common areas, will be entirely at your disposal for comfortable use. Furthermore, you'll have half of the refrigerator and ample space for your belongings.
I am a practical and independent person. I'd like you to be as comfortable in my home as I would like to be. I let my guests have their space, and if they need anything, I'll be happy to provide it.
TOP Location: 10 min from the city center, 15 min from the beach. Train station 20 min away (BCN/TGN connection 4 trains/h), airport 30 min away.
