IMPORTANT: Depending on the chosen rate, the guests could make use of ONE or TWO rooms: the rate for 1-2 people means 1 ROOM available (main room), the rate for 3-4 people means 2 ROOMS available (main room + second room), both rooms count with a comfortable double bed. The apartment has one full bathroom, equipped kitchen, microwave, free WiFi, Smart TV and also has a large living room with a small balcony which is the only admitted smoking area of the house. Pets are not allowed, it is a quiet residential area, so any party is prohibited as well. Smoking inside the flat is strictly forbidden (smoke detectors installed) and the fine for no compliance is EUR 200 and possible eviction. Private parking is available in the basement of the building (EUR 5/day) and electric car charging is available (EUR 15/day). For late check-in after 11:00 PM, a surcharge of EUR 30 applies.

The apartment is about 5 km. away from one of the largest and most beautiful beaches from Tenerife – Playa La Tejita (Red Mountain) and El Medano, place known for its beautiful beaches, where many water sports (such as KiteSurfing, Windsurfing) are practiced.
