Property information

The house is located at about 500 meters above sea level, centrally located, has 2 terraces, a balcony and you have a wonderful, unobstructed view over the sea and the Teide.

Neighbourhood information

The north of Tenerife has many beautiful, attractive places, villages and towns. One of them is the idyllic village of Santa Ursula. The majority of the community of the same name is surrounded by rough, jagged rock formations and meter-high mountains. However, Santa Ursula also has coastal areas that offer ideal conditions for fishing. Unfortunately, the cliffs do not allow any kind of bathing pleasure, but due to the proximity to Puerto de la Cruz, one of the largest and at the same time most interesting cities in Tenerife. It's not just the famous Loro Parque that lies on the outskirts of the metropolis. With Playa Jardin, the city also boasts one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. This guarantees a carefree holiday in the middle of a lush landscape all year round, with a low risk of precipitation and a diverse entertainment program.
