The property is managed by a canarian family that has owned the estate for over 200 years. The mother of the family is a famous Canarian artist who decorated each of the 9 houses. The eldest son is an Executive chef who works in its own business in the restaurant of modern Canarian cuisine Valle de Mogan, which is located on the territory of the "Casa La Maquina" architectural complex.

Built in accordance with the canons of typical Canarian architecture, this big house was the first outstanding building in the village of Mogan. It is very nice and bright, filled with light from within which gives a feeling of peace and tranquility to the soul.
