The fine print
The minumum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.
The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th and 5th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 9-10 people.
All living areas are located on the top floor, ground floor is just access to the outdoors amenities and staircase to the upper story.
A pet is accepted with a surcharge of 200€ for the whole stay.
Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:

Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
Pool heating is available for a surcharge of 700€/week
