Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this exclusive modern villa with a private pool, located in Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura, one of the most peaceful and well-connected areas on the island. Just a few minutes’ drive from the Fuerteventura Golf Course, the Atlántico Shopping Centre, and the golden sandy beaches of El Castillo, this villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation, comfort, and fun. This contemporary-style villa features 4 spacious bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, couples, or remote work stays. Its bright and comfortable layout allows you to enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the surroundings. Outside, you’ll find a large private garden with a swimming pool, sun terrace, outdoor barbecue, and a covered dining area — perfect for enjoying Fuerteventura’s wonderful weather all year round. Inside, there is a cozy living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped independent kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and more). The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, while the other bedrooms include twin or double beds, fans, and spacious wardrobes. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet on the terrace. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, BBQ, baby cot, high chair, towels, bed linens, and much more. Outside, you can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun terrace, covered outdoor dining area, and a private garden that surrounds the entire house. There are several steps to access the accommodation. There is also access to a roof terrace via stairs. The property has motion sensors without a camera that are only activated when there are no guests in the property.

Caleta de Fuste, belonging to the municipality of Antigua, is located on the east coast of the island, just 5 minutes from Fuerteventura Airport and 10 minutes from the capital Puerto del Rosario. This tourist centre has been created around a natural inlet very protected from the waves and wind, where a large beach has been created that is eminently familiar for its safety and absence of waves. This position, almost in the centre of the island, makes it a perfect holiday destination, as both the northern (Corralejo, El Cotillo) and southern (Costa Calma, Jandía) places of interest are at the same distance. Caleta de Fuste offers one of the biggest commercial and leisure offers of the whole island, with its great number of shopping centres (The biggest is the Centro Comercial Atlántico, with a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants, and modern Yelmo Cineplex cinemas), as well as a promenade of several kilometres long, a marina with boat trips, and pedestrian and commercial spaces. Surrounding the wide El Castillo beach (perfect for water sports in complete safety as it is very well protected), there are the Barcelo hotels and some apartment complexes of the Turicomplex chain, while to the south of this beach, a few hundred metres away, there are 4 interesting artificial beaches, very protected by reefs, where the hotels of the Elba Chain and the Sheraton Fuerteventura are located, and where there is a picturesque Chiringuito on an island that can be reached by a footbridge, where you can have a snack or a meal. The port and the beach offer all kinds of activities at sea: canoe hire, jet skis, diving, boat trips, underwater trips, diving school, windsurfing school, etc.). Caleta de Fuste is connected to the airport and to Puerto del Rosario by a bus line (every half hour).
