Poblats Marítims, the main residential neighborhood of El Cabanyal-El Canyamelar, is located next to a series of sandy beaches linked by a palm-lined promenade. The surrounding streets attract summer visitors with their souvenir shops, cafes, laid-back restaurants, and bars and clubs open late into the night. Inside the neighborhood are the Cabanyal food market and the Valencia Rice Museum, dedicated to the history of the production of this cereal in the city. The house has two floors, on the first floor there is an open space of 70m2 with the living room and kitchen and another 20m2 of terrace. On the second floor you will find 3 fully equipped bedrooms and a smaller terrace ideal for enjoying the sunset with a book and a cup of tea. There are two bathrooms - the downstairs bathroom has a shower, the upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The house is completely renovated and combines modern style with elements of a typical Valencian house.
