Es una urbanización construida en los años 50. La fachada esta un tanto deteriorada por lo que estan realizando obras de rehabilitación y aunque exteriormente el edificio no tiene un aspecto bonito el apartamento tiene todas las comodidades. Nuestro alojamiento tiene una localización estratégica para acceder en coche a autopistas, resulta ideal para visitar ciudades como Gijon, Aviles, o lugares más alejados. ...
Guillén Lafuerza nació como un barrio obrero. En su mayoria son viviendas de dos alturas y viviendas unifamiliares. Como no hay grandes edificios da sensación de barrio tranquilo. Está a escasos metros del HUCA, además de a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad. Es una zona ideal para vivir dentro de la ciudad, pero apartados del ruido, del vaivén constante y de todo lo malo de una ciudad», manteniendo lo bueno, pudiendo llegar a realizar compras «en diez minutos.
