This exclusive apartment is located in a prime location 330 meters above the Atlantic Ocean. It enjoys sunny weather and mild temperatures all year round. The apartment is a separate granny flat within the residential building. It is accessed via a separate entrance. The two-room apartment was completely renovated in October 2025. It offers exclusive, cozy, ethno-style accommodation with modern infrastructure, such as 600 Mbit high-speed internet. The subtropical garden is adapted to the landscape and flora of Tenerife. The apartment is named Jacaranda, an ornamental tree popular in Brazil and other tropical areas, which bears purple flowers in June and July. From the terrace, you can see Spain's highest volcano, Mount Teide, at any time of the day or night. The view stretches along the north coast of Tenerife to the neighboring island of La Palma. At night, the lights of Puerto de la Cruz twinkle in the distance and an impressive starry sky appears. The sunset here is particularly spectacular.

Mesa del Mar is a beautiful, quiet residential area where mainly locals live. The surroundings are peaceful and safe. In just a few minutes, you can drive down to the sheltered beach of Playa de las Arenas, where you can swim all year round. There is also a natural pool where you can swim in peace. The small town of Tacoronte is 3 km away. There are many supermarkets and good restaurants there. The nearest supermarket is only one kilometer away. On Saturdays, the nearby farmers' market in San Juan offers a wide variety of local agricultural products. Tacoronte is also the center of wine growing. There are many restaurants, the Casa del Vino with wine tastings, and La Baranda, a stylish lounge bar with sensational views. Tenerife North Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes, Tenerife South Airport in about 1 hour. Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz de Tenerife can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The Anaga Mountains are also 20-30 minutes away. A rental car is recommended.
