Enter through a small terrace with outside furniture and a portable BBQ, entrance into a cozy conservatory, ideal for the cooler evenings in the winter, then we access to the lively living/dining room, furnished in a traditional Mediterranean style, equipped with Sat+TV+DVD+ A/C unit, followed by a fully equipped open kitchen and a shower room. Internal stairs lead up towards 1 double bedroom with access to a cozy balcony with views to the large community pool area, another bedroom with a bunk bed, and a double bedroom, all 3 sharing a bathroom on this level. On the top of the stairs is an A/C unit blowing cold/hot air to the bedrooms.
