Located in the midlands, at an average altitude of 750 meters, it is the closest entity to the municipality of San Miguel, and takes place at the foot of Montaña Chiñama, just 3.4 kilometers from the urban area of ​​Granadilla de Abona. It has several educational centers, a civic-social center, two cultural centers, the parish church of San Luis Rey, a theater-cinema, a sports center and a municipal soccer field, a Post Office, two pharmacies, a bank, public squares, several playgrounds, as well as small shops, bars and restaurants..
