We offer our guests a comfortable and spacious house that is perfect for groups. Our house features 3 bathrooms, 4 sleeping rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. Our outdoor area has a barbecue area and a chill-out area with a big garden. The house is outside the city, while the center of Tarifa is a few minutes by car. You will be surrounded by beautiful nature and songbirds, as if you were somewhere far from civilization. The perfect place to recharge your batteries and enjoy your holiday in surfer style. If the whole house is no longer available, it is also possible to book individual rooms. Sometimes the entire house can no longer be booked because a room has already been reserved. However, it is still possible to rent the remaining rooms with a smaller group. The hosts living with their 14 year old dog, 1 chicken and 2 cats on the same property in a separate house at the other side of the property.

We are passionate kiters and kite instructors and love nature, our garden, in which we invest a lot of work and a positive vibe. We welcome every guest personally so that we can show them around the house and garden and are always available to answer any questions, as we also live on the property in a separate house. On the property are also living 2 cats, 1 chicken and an old dog. They are not in the rented house. We speak English, Spanish, German, Dutch and French. The place is just few minues from the City Tarifa. Los Lances beach is around a 10-minute walk away. As we are located just outside Tarifa, we have a great view of the mountains and are surrounded by fields and a nature park
