Nice and quiet apartment in the historical center of Premià de Mar. Sunny flat recently refurbished and painted. Ground floor, no stairs. Lovely patio. Perfect place to relax at the beach, visit Barcelona or enjoy yourself at the local bars and restaurants. Access to main services (train, bus) and local shops at walking distance.
Strictly NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES - NO PETS POLICY
Weed smoking is not legal in Spain. You are kindly requested to refrain from doing so at my apartment. Thank you
