Comfortable apartment with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each room has a sea view. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. All rooms are air-conditioned. There is underfloor heating. The closed kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a long stay. There is a drinking water preparation system, a large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and dishes. The apartment is well ventilated with sea air. A large terrace with a panoramic view from the 4th floor to the Mar Menor will delight you with stunning views of the sunsets. The main room has a large (65 ’’) OLED TV and a comfortable sofa, as well as a large dining table. The apartment has high-speed Internet and WiFi. A deposit of 200 euros will be charged for each booking.

There are many parking options in the area around the residence. Nearby (200-300 m.) there is a SPAR supermarket, a pharmacy, a stadium, various cafes and restaurants, as well as a bus stop. Guests staying in our residence have access to a large swimming pool and a tennis court. The sandy beach "Ensenada del Esparto" is only 150 meters away. In the area, guests can enjoy hiking, cycling and other outdoor activities.
