NICE APARTMENT WITH VIEWS OVER NORTH COAST AND POOL Nice and cozy duplex apartment with a terrace and splendid views of the north coast of the island. On the ground floor there is a spacious dinning-living room with large windows that give access to the porch. Porch with bench, outdorr funiture and fantastic views. We also find the kitchen, completely renovated with a serving hatch to the dining room, and a courtesy toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes has access to a terrace with views. The second bedroom with bunk beds and fitted wardrobes. The occupants of the apartment have the right to use and enjoy the facilities of the Tennis Club (WIFI, community pool, multi-sports courts...) No services are provided in the apartment (room service, food and drink, etc...)
