We are a San Sebastian-based agency, which has specialised in short-term and medium-term holiday apartment rental since 2007. We offer a varied selection of apartments located in the best parts of the city, fully equipped and at competitive prices. CUSTOMERS Our main customers are families, couples and groups of friends that, either for vacation or business, wish to feel at home when visiting San Sebastian. We are aware of the fact that each customer is different and unique, and therefore we make an effort so that all of them obtain the best service and experience in our apartments. RECEPTION AND ATTENTION Unlike other agencies, at Iberorent Apartments we receive our tenants in the apartment itself to make sure that they enter the apartment without any setback. In this way, we have the opportunity to show the special features of each apartment and to resolve in situ any doubts and thus prevent misunderstandings. However, we also have a 24 hour customer service hotline in order to solve any problems during the stay.
