Welcome to a special space you won't want to leave. This spacious studio apartment opens up onto your own private terrace where you can enjoy a dinner, sunbathe and a refreshing outdoor shower. This studio has an open living, dining and kitchen space with a special corner for the built in bed and separate bathroom. You'll also find a separate snug on the terrace that you can use for work or just relaxing. The apartment also provides a portable cinema projector.
I am a professional host who inherited their grandparents house and made it into three beautiful apartments. I have worked in Norway for the last 7 years the make this dream come true and love to share the carefully designed spaces with guests.
1 minute walk from a black sand beach where you can sunbathe and surf and in front of Loro Parque. This neighbourhood is traditionally a fishing village and 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the city centre. The village is full of locals and has its own cafes, restaurants and bars if you prefer to stay in the quieter area.
