I am a 54-year-old Frenchman in a relationship, and we have a 10-year-old son. I lived in England and Spain for 20 years and have been living in the south of France since 2013. Through my two companies, I manage 31 rental properties, including 28 tourist accommodations in the south of France (Hérault/PO) and Spain (Costa Brava), which can be viewed at the bottom of AIRBNB listings. I have Airbnb Superhost status with over 670 reviews to date. My colleagues, including my assistant AVA, are available to travelers at any time for any question s and we strive to be very responsive. We also have efficient technicians who can carry out any type of repair.

Welcome to the "Belvédère de la Mer" where you can enjoy breathtaking ocean views, a tranquil atmosphere and a refreshing sea breeze. Watch the boats go by and sip a cup of tea or glass of wine while admiring the vibrant sunset sky. It's an ideal escape to refresh your senses and connect with nature. This studio (30m2+10m2 terrace) is located in a residence (15 apartments) surrounded by woods with a shared swimming pool (12mx6m open from May to mid-October) in one of the most prestigious areas of the Costa Brava but also of Begur (western zone); -2.1km from the superb "Sa Tuna" beach -2.7km from the town center. -6 other beaches & magnificent diving sites nearby.

Neighbourhood information

It's the ideal setting for a peaceful getaway in the heart of nature (wooded area all around), with a soothing view of the cliffs and the sea, in a property offering quality amenities and great comfort. The many activities in and around Begur make it an unmissable destination: -Swimming, sailing, surfing, snorkeling or scuba diving (with one of Europe's most beautiful sites "Iles Medes" 15km away), fishing, boating (boat hire 2km away in Aigua Freda) -Road or mountain biking, jogging, trekking or hiking (along the superb paths along the coast), -Equitation, golf (5 within a 15km radius!), tennis (5 clubs within 3km). -Visits to magnificent vineyards, museums, ruins... and beautiful coastal villages (Begur, Llafranc, Tamariu, Calella de Palafrugell) and medieval villages (Pals, Palau Sator, Peretallada, Monells, as well as the Gala/Dali castle in Pubol).
