Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.v

Before your arrival, a 90 euro deposit will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules.

As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night.

Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, and additional charges will apply for extra rooms.

If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise).

We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved before arrival.
